Select Start , select the arrow next to All apps, right-click the app, then select More > Pin to taskbar. If the app is already open on the desktop, press and hold (or right click) the app's taskbar icon, and then select Pin to taskbar. Note: To remove a pinned app from the taskbar, right-click the app icon, then select Unpin from taskbar.
On macOS 11 Big Sur or later, click "Dock & Menu Bar." If you're running Catalina or earlier, click the "Clock" tab in "Date & Time" preferences. In Big Sur or later, scroll down the "Dock & Menu Bar" sidebar and click "Clock." Once you're on "Clock" preferences, put a checkmark beside "Announce the time." To do so, right-click on the taskbar, click on Show the Clock, and choose the time zone. For clocks with different time zones, select them from the options provided. Read: Add Clocks, Set Alarms,
Open the Settings menu by pressing the Win + I hotkeys. Select Personalization from the left pane, and then choose the Taskbar option in the following window. Click the drop-down icon next to Taskbar behaviors. Scroll down and check the box associated with Show seconds in the system tray clock. That's it. .
