My Doblo is a Multijet 1.9. My problem is this, I drive the van, it runs fine. When I jump back in after a few minutes, it starts, runs for 10-15 seconds then dies. I can leave it for a minute try again, the same ,it dies. But if I leave it till it goes cold it starts and runs fine, sometimes for a few days, other times just a few hours!

Mar 6, 2010. #2. Hi mate, Its a shame to hear that, it does sound like the classic 1.3 multijet turbo failure. I had the same with mine a few months ago. Fairly common on that engine. If its NOT covered under your warranty, there are plenty or replacement units about, at around £150. I would be assume as a complete unit. Lancia Musa JTD - 68 HP 1.3D. Fiat Punto JTD - 68 HP 1.3 D. Fiat Panda JTD - 68 HP 1.3 D. Fiat Doblo JTD - 68 HP 1.3 D. Vauxhall Corsa CDTi - 70 HP 1.3D. would be okay. but you will need to double check as this is guesswork. Warning pretty sure the Corsa 1.2D isnt the same but looks the same.

Can somebody provide me a schematic or any info about the fuel pressure regulator on this car: Fiat Doblo 1.3 multijet 2007 my. engine code: 223A9. I have trouble with this car about the fuel pressure regulator stuff. I've have always extremely high fuel pressure. The fuel pressure sensor is ok, checked and interchanged with good one.

I have Fiat Doblo make year 2006 with 1.3 Multijet engine. The engine has very little power (like it wouldn't have turbocharger) below 3.000 rpm and above that runs normal. Look into the passenger footwell, get right down and look up at the centre console, you should see the rubber pipes going to the heater, then to the left roughly in the centre you should see what I can only describe as like the front of a drawer or slot where I think it is. .
